Considering our core business is Physical Therapy, it only makes sense that we strongly believe in the benefits of Fitness.

In 2007, we added a full gym with a new line of advanced strength training and cardiovascular equipment called Technogym, which cannot be found anywhere else in the Buffalo-Niagara Falls region.

Advanced Care Fitness Center has a very friendly and knowledgeable staff from both fitness and therapy backgrounds to provide you with the most up-to-date and safe fitness training programs.

In addition to our full line of fitness equipment, Advanced Care Fitness Center also has a Kinesis Wall which is a new concept developed by Technogym that is designed to accommodate multi-plane movement patterns without compromising resistance loads. In other words, it provides unlimited training opportunities and delivers a great workout. The Kinesis wall can be used as an alternative workout or as a supplement to your present workouts if you want to add sport specific exercises to your routine.
